Organic Instant Foxtail Millet Bisibele Bath Mix
Ingredients:Foxtail Millet Rice, Tur Dhal, Moong Dhal, Tamarind Extract, Bisibelebath mix
Preparation:
1. In a pressure cooker. Add 1 cup Bisibelebath mix and 3 cups of water with salt to taste and add chopped vegetables and cook for 2 whistles.Note: More water can be added to vary the consistency
2. for seasoning, in a separate heat 2 Tbs of oil to fry Groundnut, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Diced Onions, Tomato and Capsicum, Pour above Cooked Bisibele Bath
3. To Increase the taste can use Coriander leaves, Grated Dry Coconut and Ghee

ನವಣೆ, ತೊಗರಿ ಬೇಳೆ, ಹೆಸರು ಬೇಳೆ, ಹುಣಸೆ ಸಾರ, ಬಿಸಿಬೇಳೆಬಾತ್ ಪುಡಿ
ತಯಾರಿ:
1. ಪ್ರೆಶರ್ ಕುಕ್ಕರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಕಪ್ ಬಿಸಿಬೇಳೆ ಬಾತ್ ಮಿಶ್ರಣ ಮತ್ತು 3 ಕಪ್ ನೀರನ್ನು ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು ಉಪ್ಪು ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ತರಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ 2 ಕೂಗು/ವಿಸಲ್ ಬೇಯಿಸಿ.
ಗಮನಿಸಿ: ಬಿಸಿಬೇಳೆ ಬಾತ್ ಸ್ಥಿರತೆ/consistency ಯನ್ನು ಬದಲಿಸಲು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ನೀರನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಬಹುದು
2. ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಬಾಣಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 2 ಚಮಚ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯ ಜೊತೆ ಕಡಲೆಬೀಜ , ಸಾಸಿವೆ, ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಎಲೆಗಳು, ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ, ಟೊಮೆಟೊ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ಸಿಕಮ್ ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಒಗ್ಗರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಯಿಸಿದ ಬಿಸಿಬೇಳೆ ಬಾತ್ ಮಿಶ್ರಣ ಮಾಡಿ.
3. ರುಚಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು, ತುರಿದ ಒಣ ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ತುಪ್ಪವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಬಹುದು
